Every effort is made to maintain the price's for our products as indicated on this website. We promise to give you the best value for money for a quality product and service. As well as ordering online through this web site you can order by telephone, Fax or mail, for your own protection it is not advisable to include credit card information in any e-mail correspondence. When ordering online, all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. The prices listed are exclusive of VAT (17.5%) which is added at the final stage of checking out.


Specifications:
When ordering online you have to specifiy the Sheen and Quantity of products, when ordering by other means however, please note that all goods are supplied to a colour or gloss standard. This must be checked upon application as no responsibility can be accepted for discrepancies arising after use.


Returns:
No goods are supplied on a sale or returns basis and any products manufactured to your specification cannot be returned under any circumstances. For situations where a return has been arranged a handling charge will be incurred.


Payment:
All accounts are strictly 30 days from the end of the month of invoice. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your account being placed on stop. The goods supplied to you or your company remain our property until paid for in full.


Carriage:
A small order carriage charge of £8.90 should be added to all orders under £120.00 Net of VAT (This charge is added automatically when ordering online). Applies to UK mainland only. Overseas orders are subject to delivery at cost.
